El Borj Desert Tour
South along the coast to Tiznit's silver souk and the sculpted red cliffs of Legzira beach, then inland through Berber villages of the Anti-Atlas - argan groves, mud-brick ksour and mountain light.

2-day Sahara circuit
Trade the coast for the dunes. Two unhurried days south from Agadir to the Sahara - a sunset camel trek, a night in a desert camp under a sky thick with stars, and the mud-brick kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou on the way back.
The trip
This is the journey most travellers dream of when they picture Morocco. We leave Agadir early and drive south and east - over the Anti-Atlas, past the walled city of Taroudant and along the palm-lined Draa Valley - until the last towns fall away and the dunes of Zagora rise from the plain.
In the late afternoon we swap the car for camels and trek into the sand for sunset, then settle into a Berber camp for dinner, drums and a night beneath the Milky Way. On Day 2 we watch the sun come up over the dunes, take the scenic road back, and stop at the extraordinary UNESCO kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou before returning to Agadir. Private, flexible, and paced for enjoying it - not rushing it.

Why you'll love it
The details
Good to know
It's a long but spectacular road - around 6 to 7 hours each way, crossing the Anti-Atlas and the Draa Valley. We start early on Day 1 and break often for photos, mint tea and lunch, so the drive feels like part of the adventure rather than just transit.
You sleep in a traditional Berber camp among the Zagora dunes, in a private tent with real beds and blankets. Dinner is a home-cooked tagine around the fire, with local music and a sky full of stars. Toilets are shared and clean, and upgraded luxury camps are available on request.
Yes. The sunset camel trek is gentle and short, led on foot by an experienced camel man. Children love it, and if you'd rather not ride you can simply walk alongside into the dunes instead.
Bring a small overnight bag: a warm layer for the desert night, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and any personal medication. You can leave your main luggage at your hotel in Agadir.
The price is per private group and depends on your group size and choice of camp - message me on WhatsApp for an exact quote. There's no prepayment: you pay on the tour, in cash (EUR, USD or MAD) or by bank transfer.
